    Poor and disinterested service, low hygiene, no air conditioning and over expensive food for what you get.

    Rude staff. unhygienic. Un safe play equipment. Bad experience.

    Not bad, fun for the kids, but a bit rich to say 'No outside brought food' when there aren't enough staff to serve food. Waited 40 minutes for a cold cappuccino, and when I tried to order lunch, I waited 15 minutes to be served despite at least four staff walking past the line of waiting customers. This place really needs to think about its staffing on school holidays, especially when Google can advise the busy times.

    FANTASTIC!!! We will be back. It was clean. Had great toys and my son loved it. Both my wife and I had a blast too. Super enjoyable afternoon. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
