We used Roberts to purchase an investment property which was ok and then we used them to manage the rental side of it which was not. The staff turnover there is massive, one day we speak to our property manager and the next week it's someone new then a month later someone else. Each time the have the same text book answers but don't really know what is going on. They will happily say everything is fine when it is not then get hit wit a bill for repairs that should have been fixed months prior. They didn't attempt to stop us from leaving. Clearly they don't like people. Only money.
