  use took the lease over two days before we moved out. we should have been dealing with beachwood real estate that is who we signed the contract with, we never signed a contract with you guys and im glad we never have and we never will after dealing with alice. you have no idea how dirty the house was when we got the keys. we spent two dyas cleaning it before we moved in. the house was spotless when we gave the keys back. you had no zoomed in photos of the condition report. "the hole in the wall" was there before we moved in and it was no more than two millimeters big. We fixed and patched and re painted the whole bathroom wall for no reason what so ever. overall the house was in perfect condition compared to when we first got it.

  Dont rent through them. There hopless not to mention they're only opened Monday till Friday 9-5 very inconvenient if you work.

  We have rented our investment property through Halliwell for many years. We have found their service has declined strongly over the last years to the point where we have now changed to another agent. They let our property deteriorate and did not take any responsibility for it. They also introduced extra fees.

  Extremely disappointed in how our bond was handled, we was told one thing then two seconds latter they would change there minds. spoke to us extremely rude in emails and letters. overall not happy with the realastate at all.

  Halliwell looked after one of my properties and did a fantastic job. They found great tenants and the property was returned to me as I left it.
