  Great Location, Fantastic sea views, Very friendly and helpful new owners, Nice clean amenities, Free hot showers. Within 20 min of here, we saw platypus (The Tasmanian Arboretum), Little Penguins (Lillico Beach Conservation Area), both up very close and personal. Would highly recommend.

  The best positioned caravan park in Devonport on the Bluff. Unlike many reviews here I found the owner polite and courteous at all times. Maybe other reviewers just got him on a bad day. The reason I marked it down is because of the amenities block. If you look up it is filthy and covered in cobwebs. You get 4 1/2 minutes in the shower and it turns off automatically. It took 1 1/2 minutes for the hot water to run through the pipes. I was totally lathered up and the hot watered just turned off. I had to get out and go to the shower next door to rinse off.

  Beautiful location, 4 minute timed showers. Lots and lots of wallabies and rabbits (with their poo too!) But what a great location! Cost us $40 each. 5 mins to ferry, next to beach.

  As other reviewers have stated, a lost key is deemed to be worth a $100 charge, the hot water takes 1.5 minutes (of a 4.5 minute allowance) to come through and the lights in the amenities block switch off automatically - so enjoy getting dressed in the dark if you stay here.
