  I brought a $39 toe ring on the 6th of January. 10 days later I was walking along the beach and could feel it twisting around my toe as I walked. When I took it off in fear of losing it I found it had bent out of shape. I went into the store today about the issue. I was told they're supposed to bend, that it wasn't cracked or damaged, I probably wasn't wearing it tight enough, and that because it had been worn they wouldn't refund my money. After the experience with a flimsy brand new toe ring and poor customer service I won't be shopping with So Silver again. Customers return when they feel appreciated and valued. I felt like they were blaming me for not wearing their jewellery properly. I was extremely disappointed and will shop with jewellers that stand by their customers and products.
