    Made an appointment to see my regular GP (for 5 years)... they could make the appointment for 1.15 but I said I'd be 5 minutes late due to work. Lady at reception rudely said that my doctor does not like to be kept waiting !!! All I wanted was a repeat. She then said I would need to see another doctor! Disgraceful.
