    they do not answer the phone no matter how many times you ring they need to up there service when bunnings is open .

    I always get great service here. Ignore the negative reviews. All businesses get busy times when answering the phone isn't always possible or timely. They're probably serving customers in the store. Drop in, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A darn sight more experienced than teenagers just out of school (yeah, I'm talking about you Bunnings!).

    Rang up twice and it rang out both times - what's the use of having a phone number published if you don't answer it?........

    Good luck phoning if you have an enquiry, 9 times out of 10 the phone just rings out, if you are lucky enough to get through and are put on hold...silence...no answering m/c, no backround music, just silence.
