  I was excited when Just Cuts Devonport opened because the closest one was Launceston. I went in earlier this year for a haircut and thought that at the end it looked okay. My hair has a curl in it the back and so the lady cutting my hair scrunch dried it. What I discovered a few days later when I went to straighten it was the most uneven haircut I have ever had. There was probably an 1 1/2 inch difference on each side. I know you have a 7 day policy that if you are not happy you can come back & get it fixed but when you live 1 1/2 hours away and work that is not doable. I then had to go to another hairdresser to pay more money to get it fixed. I will not be back and I will not be recommending you.

  I dont normally complain and my first visit was fine. But on my second visit i had a different lady who covered up her screw up great until i washed my hair. A simple trim looks like a hack job. Wont go back.
