    Very unhelpful, Been waiting for my Macro Lens to long. told it was only coming from Hobart and it would only be a day to get here, 3 days later still not here and has not even been sent. i would not be doing Business with them again. i would buy from a online place or right from Canon, as Canon has been very easy to deal with.

    One guy very very good, most other staff a bit rubbish.

    The staff could not have been less helpful. My poor mother just wanted some help printing some pictures and the staff were rude, dismissive and left her feeling quite upset. Furthermore the prints she wound up with were substandard - far too dark. Would not go here again. We ended up going to Nova Design to get the prints redone and they were absolutely lovely and accommodating. Give this place a miss and go to Nova instead.
