    Visiting them today was a welcome relief compared to all the trouble I've been having with other government agencies. Went in to renew my expired licence, expecting to be mucked around, and there was no waiting, staff member was very helpful and friendly, and knew all the answers and whole process was fast, easy, and dare I say it, enjoyable. Anyone complaining about renewing licences at Service Tasmania need to go and see what it's like at VicRoads where you have to pay $20 just to make an appointment to see them.

    Pathetic waiting time on phone 18 min and still had to get them to return my call! Wondering how long that will take, tomorrow maybe!
