  Phoned for Emergency treatment with Agonisingheadache and neck pain due to tooth infection, told they could not help and no appointments for another 2 weeks! Do not use this Dentist!! Very rude and off hand Receptionist!!

  This is written by a "mature age" woman with a long-held fear of dentists. Childhood pain & memories of dentists had persisted. I asked 3 friends about who they'd recommend, as my previous dentist had packed up and left the state; without passing on his records to his patients; apparently they just went to the tip. Not nice!! All 3 said Dr Pohans surgery. I booked into the next available dentist & went along for a consultation, knowing I'd need 3 extractions & one broken tooth taken out too. I was close to tears, vomiting & the other too, just while the dentist looked. Next week, the day to have the work done was not nearly as bad as I thought. Medication was given on prescription from the dentist to ensure my more relaxed state of mind. Absolutely NO PAIN!! Lots of sensations of movement & noise, but no pain. This is wonderful. Don't hesitate any longer. Go there & get your smile back. I did!
